                                                                                                                                              Apart from irregular sleeping habits, teenagers with busy schedules often struggle to
                                                                                                                                      find time to eat properly. With dozens of meetings to attend, piles of schoolwork to complete,
                                                                                                                                      and the stress of preparing for major examinations, some students barely prioritize their
