Write a story about smartphone, but do remember to not be addicted to it, otherwise, we will have no choice

the day you got your but to confiscate it.” I agreed and my father then went to the counter to make payment. I
punched my fist into the air and shouted “Yay!” elatedly. Father beamed at my excitement,
and said that I deserved it. I was extremely thankful to my father for buying me a smartphone,
first SMARTPHONE. and I will strive to work harder to make them the proudest parents in the world.

Today was my day. Although the Sun beamed down at me mercilessly, my smile was
tenfold brighter; my parents were going to buy me a smartphone as a reward for passing
my excruciatingly difficult exam with flying colours.

As my family and I were getting closer to the store, I trembled with excitement. With
my smartphone, I can finally do anything I want with it. I do not have to sneak out of my
bedroom to play games on my brother’s phone, deleting the game after I was done playing
the game every night. Of course, the data will not be deleted, but it was still a hassle. I also
do not have to text my friends using my mother’s phone, having her to look at all of the
records of conversations I have had with my friends.

As I walked into the store, I started jumping up and down, not caring about the
side-eyes; I was getting from the people in the store. It was like a paradise: phones were
everywhere; video games were on display, available
for try-outs. I was literally buzzing with anticipation as I
walked down the aisle. I looked at every single phone
in the store, until I had finally found a phone for me. It
was a Samsung flip phone, with half the size of normal
phones when folded, and is a normal size of a phone
                                                    when opened.

I beckoned my family to come to where I
was, and my father placed a hand on my shoulder
almost too gently. He said, “You can certainly have this
