Breathe in the fresh air, Close the door on self-hatred.
Put your mind at ease. Never let it back in.
Let down your hair,
Let it flow in the breeze. For the lies it would often tell you,
You will no longer agree.
Let your eyes wander Happiness and love are what you should
To all the beauty to be seen. hold onto.
If those toxic thoughts you still do ponder, They are whom you should give the key.
Then let out a scream. Pay no attention to the toxic thoughts,
Listen to those who adore everything you
Scream until the pain is gone, are.
Until you no longer feel afraid. Overthinking was what you once were
Open your eyes to a new dawn, taught,
Let the darkness fade. But now those thoughts you put in a jar.
No longer compare yourself Focus on your goals,
Or your flaws to others' perfections. Never lose your fight.
Take the negativity off the shelf. It's time to open new scrolls.
Focus on your direction. Everything will be all right.
Pick the sadness up off the floor,
Sweep it into the wind.
