A Bachelor’s Degree in the field or related fields with CGPA of 2.75 and above or equivalent as approved by the Senate;
or A Bachelor’s Degree in the field or related fields with CGPA of 2.00 and above but less than CGPA of 2.75, or equivalent as approved by the Senate subject to rigorous internal assessment
Candidates without a Bachelor’s degree in the related fields or relevant working experience must undergo appropriate prerequisite courses determined by UTAR and meet the minimum CGPA set out in (1) to (2).

Note: OPEN to all registered students of UTAR Master (by Coursework / Mixed Mode) with relevant knowledge and skills acquired through non-formal work-related learning experience and informal training courses.

APEL(C) is applicable to all courses offered (subject to the requirements by the relevant Professional Bodies, Ministry of Higher Education and University, if any) except for final year project-based courses and dissertation.
