Ms Clara Hon

Clara has accumulated close to 10 years experience as an education consultant. She’s passionate & has a wide variety of experience in counseling. Her training and experience in applied psychology has been integrated into assisting students in career options exploration. Up to date, Clara has presented numerous career exploration seminars for international, SMK, and UEC schools using MBTI methodology across Malaysia. She has recently designed and delivered self- discovery session for internal staff training using MBTI to help develop leaders and empower team members better and deliver at their best. Clara possesses a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) with Honours, a Master in Counseling and is a certified MBTI Practitioner.

MBTI is a career assessment instrument based on Myers and Briggs’ theory of 16 personality types and is specifically designed to help you discover the best fit career. MBTI measures your interests as well as your personality type, giving you a personalized list of careers that suits your unique profile.
