| The objectives of the competition: • To improve proficiency in English, particularly English-speaking skills amongst students in Independent Chinese Secondary Schools. • To provide an opportunity for students to display their public speaking talents. • To provide a platform for interactions between students from all 10 Independent Chinese Secondary Schools. • To raise students’ awareness on current and social issues. |
